The fabric you choose should be at least as heavy as the patch. Fabrics such as jeans and cotton are best suited for patches.

Follow these steps when applying our embroidered patches with iron-on foil:

1. Place the item on a flat, heat-resistant surface.

2. Heat the iron to the highest setting that your fabric can handle. Ensure the “steam” option is turned off.

3. Iron the spot where you want to attach the patch.

4. Lay a thin piece of clothing over the patch.

5. Position the heated iron over the thin garment and the patch, pressing down firmly for about 25 seconds on each side.

6. Remove the iron and let the patch cool down.

7. Check if the patch is securely attached by lightly rubbing a finger over the edge. If it lifts slightly, repeat the process. For an absolutely secure patch, use a sewing machine or needle and thread to affix the patch to the fabric.
